Shipping, Cancellations, and Refunds

Shipping Is Included

Standard United States mailing is included in the Founding 100 purchase price. The offer is available only to valid United States mailing addresses.

Founding Mailing Schedule

For founding orders completed by August 10, 2026, the first package is scheduled to enter the United States Postal Service mail stream on or about August 12, 2026.

Additional letters are mailed throughout the three monthly challenges. Postal delivery time is not guaranteed and may vary by destination and circumstances outside our control.

Cancellation Before Fulfillment

You may cancel for a full refund before the first package enters fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible at support@isthisworthit.com.

We cannot promise that a cancellation request received after printing, addressing, digital-material delivery, or postal acceptance can be stopped.

Cancellation of Future Monthly Challenges

The $99 founding price is allocated as $33 for each of the three monthly challenges.

After the program begins, you may cancel monthly challenges that have not yet entered fulfillment. We will refund $33 for each complete future monthly challenge that has not entered fulfillment.

A monthly challenge is considered to have entered fulfillment when its opening blueprint or corresponding digital materials have been prepared for that member, released, or mailed.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Mail

If a club mailing does not arrive within a reasonable postal-delivery period, or arrives materially damaged or incomplete, contact us. We may verify the mailing address and then replace the affected materials at no additional charge.

You do not need to return damaged paper materials unless we specifically request photographs or other reasonable documentation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

If materials have already been mailed to the address entered during checkout, replacement or re-mailing may require payment of the actual additional postage and production cost.

Delayed Fulfillment

If we cannot mail materials within a promised period, we will notify the affected customer and offer the choice to accept a revised mailing date or cancel the unshipped portion for a refund.

Digital Materials

Digital files and editable materials cannot be physically returned. Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation terms above, whether the relevant monthly challenge has entered fulfillment, and any rights provided by applicable law.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

Contact us promptly if you believe an order was duplicated, incorrectly charged, or unauthorized. We will review the transaction and issue any refund that is appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to display the credit after it has been submitted.
